Please allow 3-4 working days to receive your order. This timeframe allows for order processing, packing, collection and delivery via 48 hour tracked Royal Mail service.

Our delivery costs for Mainland UK are as follows:

Orders under £75 - £4.75 48 Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail

Orders £75 & over - FREE 48 Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail

Once your parcel has left the hands of our superb packing team, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

International Delivery information can be found under international delivery.

You can return items purchased online to us up to 30 days after purchase or receiving your order. Please head to our returns help centre for more information.

You can track your order using the tracking number that was included in your despatch confirmation email.

Once you have located your tracking number follow the link to Royal Mail and input your tracking number.

We aim to despatch and deliver orders within 3 working days for standard tracked orders.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe and you have not received any notification from our courier, please contact us.

It can take 3-4 business days for your return to arrive back with us. Once received it can take another 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. These times do vary depending on your bank or payment method.

Therefore please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us.

When we offer items for sale as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date is shown on the product detail page. This is an estimated delivery, therefore not guaranteed. We will always keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Unfortunatley we are unable to add items to your order. If you wish to remove items from your order or cancel an entire order please contact us within 24 hours and we may be able to do this for you.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter this on the checkout page before you place your order. Any discount that is applicable will then be applied to your order.

If it does not work on your order, it may be because an item in your shopping bag is excluded from a promotion or that the code has expired.

Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions for a particular promotional code, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.

We can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size or colour, and we are only able to do this for UK orders, subject to stock availability.

Please make your exchange request in our return portal. You will be sent a FREE return label so you can return your item at no extra cost.
